It's pretty hard to believe that I was done my spin class with The Old Guy today over 12 hours ago. Crazy!
Tomorrow's exercise will be a little harder to fit in: I work until 3 and leave for Portsmouth at 5. I think I can make it happen - it will probably be a run.
Sorry for such a lame post, I am exhausted and in bed, but I just remembered that I hadn't posted for today yet!
